These terms govern the sale of food products through the online farm shop on this website. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted them. Room and restaurant bookings are governed by our separate Booking Terms.
1. The seller

2. The products
We sell our own artisan-made food products, packed in sealed containers. Product images are for illustration only: as our products are handmade using seasonal raw ingredients, colour and appearance may vary slightly from one batch to another. Ingredients, allergens, net weight and best-before date are shown on the label of each pack.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and are inclusive of 10% VAT. Payment is made when you place your order, via Stripe (credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed, and you will receive a confirmation email. Invoices are issued on request; the request must be made when placing the order.
4. Shipping and delivery times
We ship throughout Italy. We do not currently ship outside Italy.

- Shipping is free on orders of at least €60
Estimated times: 2-3 working days to prepare your order, plus 3-6 working days for transport, giving an estimated delivery within 5-9 working days of order confirmation. Times may be longer during holiday periods or for reasons beyond our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
5. Right of withdrawal: exclusion for food products
UnderArticle 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Our products are food items packed in sealed containers and fall within these cases. For this reason, products cannot be returned and the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The protection set out in the next section for damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products remains fully in force.
6. Damaged, incorrect or missing products
If you receive a broken product or a product other than the one you ordered, or if something is missing from your parcel, write to us within 48 hours of delivery at agriturismosaetta@gmail.com, attaching a photo of the product and its packaging.
Once we have checked your report, we will, at our choice, arrange a replacement or a refund of the amount paid, at no cost to you. Please keep the product and its packaging until the matter has been settled.
This procedure is in addition to, and does not replace, the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code.
7. Cancelling an order
You can ask to cancel your order by writing to agriturismosaetta@gmail.com. If the order has not yet been prepared for shipping, we will refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs.
8. Complaints, applicable law and jurisdiction
Any complaints should be sent to us promptly using our contact details, so that we can deal with them quickly. These terms are governed by Italian law. For contracts concluded with consumers, the court for the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled, if located in Italy, has exclusive jurisdiction. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was closed on 20 July 2025; you may still turn to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies provided for by the Italian Consumer Code.
